Job Description:

  • The role entails a candidate that has technical experience to use tools like Python, Excel and SQL to collect, consolidate, investigate, and analyze large sets of data.
  • Investigations has to be able to be explained and the candidate has to have the ability to come up with suggestions on how it can be fixed.
  • Investigations will be needed to help with Data pipelines, data inconsistencies, client queries and research how to enlarge our data coverage and keep our data up to date.
  • The candidate has to pay attention to detail, and to have an eye for improving and Optimizing processes.
  • Candidate has to be able to research the things he/she does not yet know and have the type of personality to WANT to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field / Any Graduate Can Apply.
  • 0-1 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Experience with handling and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibility:

  • Data Collection and Management: Collect and consolidate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, etc.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry tools and technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
  • Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into easily understandable visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify business challenges and proactively propose data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor the impact of data-driven decisions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
