Job Description:

• Operational ResponsibilitiesRequires interacting with UK hospital staff / secretaries with respect to the Specialty of the Specialists and their consultation availabilities / Book AppointmentsA key member of the ABS Operations team.
• Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targetsA key member of the Outbound Process To achieve productivity targets with respect to processing guidelines as per the pre-agreed normsTo adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the targetIdentify process steps for improvementTo ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 & Risk policiesService Level ManagementDeliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.

Requirement:
