Job Description:
- Developing and executing the people strategy in the assigned pillar
- Delivering on HR Business Partnering
- Promoting Capita’s Corporate values and behaviours and increase diversity of thought
- Providing a focus on resource plans, leaning and skills development, D&I, succession and engagement
- Guiding others in resolving complex issues in specialised area and serves as best practice/quality resource
- Supporting on disposals with transactions HR SMEs and work on complex issues/TU management
- Supporting on coordination and reporting duties for the pillar where required
Requirements:
- Specialist/expert in their discipline, or manager of a team of professionals with full management authority
- Advocate for working collaboratively across the HR community to strengthen reputation and its relationship with the business
- Ability to coach and advise leadership to empower employees and build high-performing teams
