Job Description:
- Knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such as Procurement, Sales and Marketing and Inventory Management.
- Interact with clients to understand existing Business Processes and gather new requirements.
- Document the business requirements, impact analysis, test cases and minutes of meetings etc.
- Should have capability to interact with business users and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to learn new modules within SCM and flexibility to work in shift timings.
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior working experience in SCM domain will be an additional plus.
- MBA from reputed institute preferred.
