Requirements:
IT skills:
- Good to have a good understanding of the Standard SAP Sales & Distribution module. Understanding of different SAP functional areas like Pricing, Stock Transfer Orders, Consignment and Third-Party sales are desirables with relevant business process knowledge.
- Good to have understanding of ITIL concepts.
- Knowledge of IDOC, EDI processes.
- Good to have working experience on the SAP system as an End User.
- Willingness to work as a techno-functional consultant.
- Understanding of LSMW concepts and Data migration concepts is desirable.
- Awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements’
General skills:
- Should have excellent inter-personnel skills with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment as per the situation
- Should have effective communication and presentation skill
- Should be flexible to take up any challenge offered based on business need
- Should be comfortable using basic MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Nice to have experience in interacting with the global team set-up.
Responsibility:
- Must gain knowledge about the SAP SD modules and other cross-functional modules as required.
- Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills.
- Need to work in various shifts for timely support to customers if needed.
- Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
- Must follow the way of working that complies with Audit requirements.
