Job Description:
- We are looking for Marketing professionals for accelerating the growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant for marketing campaigns and love the attention to content & design detail, this is the best place to work !
Requirements:
- 3+ years of post-MBA experience in digital marketing/retention marketing or user growth functions
- Should have experience in owning end-to-end marketing campaigns with decision-making capabilities
- Should have the ability to work with data to convert it into actionable insights, and understand user behavior
- Should have worked with the marketing team to execute action points and player journey
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Interest in playing online games is preferable
Responsibility:
- Playing a critical role in retaining our existing and loyal customers through an array of initiatives that include improving ARPU, CLTV, Customer Journeys, Player Experience, etc.
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the player base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the player’s lifecycle
- Develop, Manage and Execute Tournaments/Contests from scratch including Name, Prize Structures, Timings, Budget, Logistics, etc.
- Interact and Coordinate with B2B clients for campaigns & tournaments as and when required
- Effectively utilizing all digital channels like FB, push notifications, SMS & emails etc. to target players with relevant and personalized communication via marketing automation tools to enable smooth execution
- Running A/B tests and data-driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in campaign metrics
- Formulating and executing the CRM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchases and cross-sell by working closely with the cross-functional teams
