Job Description:
- This starts from generating bill of material (BOM), BoM Validation with support of Engineering team, Part ordering to right supplier, ongoing BoM change management until completion of build.
- Prototype BOM and Material control Analyst to coordinate with CFT (Engineering, Purchasing, Program Mgt, Finance and PMA) and participate in Program review meetings to ensure material orders are placed on-time to meet the Material Required Date (MRD).
- ERP s used
- Worldwide Engineering Releasing System (WERS) feeds the part-usage details to GPIRS.
- Global Prototype Inventory Requisitioning and Scheduling (GPIRS) system for ordering prototype parts
- Worldwide Integrated Purchasing System (WIPS) feeds source details to GPIRS.
