Job Description:
- US Operations Management:
- End to end case review and management of all US work petitions H1, L1 and GC.
- Should have complete information related to petition filing process with USCIS.
- Review understand and plan RFE responses and any queries
- Should have good understanding of GC
- Steps. Prevailing wage, PERM, I-140, I-485, Priority dates.
- Should have good knowledge on PAF and I9 compliance management
- Responsible for Managing Expatriation to Repatriation cycle for an assignee.
- Responsible for filing new work permit, extensions, transfers, Dependents permits and all types of Employment related work authorizations applicable.
- Respons ible for timely review and clearance of Invoices from vendors, Focused on improving operational excellence by working along with in ternal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Responsible for tracking timeline by both internal stakeholders and external agen cies to complete the transactions on time.
- Report in case of any challenges.
- Responsible for maintaining complete data or documents of the Employee pertaining to mobility and ensuring ease of access as required to related functions or team members
