Job Description:

  • We are pleased to announce the off-campus hiring for our our Software Engineer Roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2020/2021 graduates only belonging to belonging BE/BTech/ME/MTech (All Branches of Engineering), MCA, full-time/regular courses.
  • Consistent academic records of aggregate 60%+ in 10th, 12th /Diploma, UG and PG.
  • Completed the graduation with no active backlogs as on date.
  • No active backlogs.
  • Gaps: 2 years of Gap is allowed.
  • Applicant should be an Indian Nationality & must be a resident of India.

Compensation:

  • Stipend: Rs. 26,000/- per month (During Learning Program).
  • Rs. 4,00,000/- per annum (On successful completion of the Learning Program)

Interview Process:

  • Aptitude Test (Online).
  • Coding Test (Online).
  • Technical Discussion (Virtual).
  • HR Interview (Virtual).

Note:

  • Learning program imparted virtually currently.
  • Talent will be allocated to Mindtree India work locations based on their learning tracks.
  • Joining in-person will happen when Mindtree sends you communication.
  • Our India locations include: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Noida.
